Stay Up to Date with Your COVID-19 Vaccines and Reduce Your Risk of Severe Illness, Hospitalization, and Death

People are protected best from severe COVID-19 illness when they stay up to date with their COVID-19 vaccines and booster for many people. Getting vaccinated and boosted reduces your risk of severe illness, hospitalization, and death. COVID-19 vaccines and boosters are effective against known variants, including Omicron. See the Figure below. COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective. CDC recommends that everyone ages five years and older get their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines. The CDC also recommends everyone aged 12 years and older get a booster after completing their COVID-19 vaccine primary series. See the Figure below. Get fully vaccinated and boosted. COVID vaccine is given on Monday and Tuesday (8:30 AM to 4:00 PM) at 9053 Woodward and Home visits by scheduled appointment on Thursday.
