Get Your Annual Flu Vaccine

CDC recommends everyone six months and older should get an annual flu vaccine. Protect yourself and your family from flu and flu complications. Get yourself and your family vaccinated. See the Figure below (English, Spanish). The Institute for Population Health (IPH) has the flu vaccine available at 9053 Woodward Ave, Detroit, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Call 313-309-9350 ext. 2 to make an appointment.
